Kyogereko is a luganda word meaning “boldly speak up.” This project provides a platform for both the elderly/older people and the children/youth were they seat to find solutions to the challenges a girl child is finding in their community. It looks at people in the community from all the spheres of the community and their responsibility towards addressing the issues hindering the child development and productivity in their community.
This is done through community outreaches that are carried out in the community. These are conducted as planned by the team. These views are later forward to the responsible people to see that action is taken. A follow up system has been created through KAKA establishing a good relationship with the community and authority.
We focus at making people responsible for their children in the community and also bridge the gap between the old and the young.
