Kaleke Kasome Foundation

"Child Safety & Protection"

Born out of a tragic event in 1994, the Kaleke Kasome Foundation exists today to change mindsets, curb sexual abuse of girls, and dismantle the barriers that hold the girl child back in Uganda. The name Kaleke Kasome translates to mean "Let her stay in school, and learn." We believe that an educated, empowered child is a catalyst for change with the power to transform not just their own lives, but the future of their entire community.
